Premium Hair Extensions Guarantee

The following section applies to our Hair Extensions products.

Valancia Hair offers a Premium Guarantee on our hair Extensions, which provides an automatic extended 180 day guarantee for customers who purchase our Hair Extensions. This ensures our customers peace of mind, as any ‘manufacturing’ defects will be covered. We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality of hair available and therefore find our return rates to be very low.

To qualify you (the customer) must purchase our Premium Guarantee Aftercare Bundle and use only the products included within the bundle, otherwise, this voids the Guarantee.

By purchasing Valancia Hair Extensions with our  Guarantee Bundle, you will activate the Premium Guarantee. We provide this satisfaction guarantee against the following:

  • Shedding of the extensions
  • Dryness of the hair
  • We do not provide a guarantee if it is your hair that is breaking and causing the extensions to come out (it is highly recommended that the extensions are taken out if this is the case - please book a removal session with a professional salon).

Any issues with the Hair Extensions must be submitted in writing with clear photographic evidence showing the problem within the timeframe of the guarentee. We cannot accept responsibility if there is no written explanation and photographic evidence submitted to us first. Send all evidence to info@valanciahair.com.au
  1. All 'faulty' hair extensions must be viewed by our technicians first before we can determine if a replacement or partial refund is granted (Faulty hair only).
  2. Any hair extensions that we find to have been coloured, bleached or permed are not eligible for a replacement or partial refund. This is determined by management after testing the extensions.


If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, our factory will either repair or replace the defective product. We are not responsible for refunding any costs incurred for service (removal or reapplication of the hair for example). Should it be deemed this is an issue caused by any of the areas below, the extensions will be returned to you once the postage charges to and from the factory have been settled.
