Shipping Information

Hair Care Products
We make every effort to ensure all orders of products in our Hair Care range received before 1pm on weekdays, are dispatched the same day (except when an item is out of stock and the customer is notified).
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Hair Extensions
We make every effort to ensure orders of our Hair Extensions are processed, and you receive your shipping notification, within 5 business days from your order confirmation.


While Valancia Hair Extensions takes all due care to ensure timely dispatch of your goods, we are not responsible for postage delays or any other delays once dispatch has been made.

Valancia Hair Extensions ensures all products are dispatched in pristine condition and is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during delivery, by late delivery, or cancellation of an order or product.

International Shipping

All ETA’s on shipping provided are for Australian customers, not international purchases. Please note that customers ordering outside of Australia may be subject to customs and import taxes according to your country's regulations. If you reside outside of Australia, you are responsible for paying the customs rates within your own country. For further information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
