Refund policy
Can I return my extensions if they are the wrong colour?
Yes, you can! We offer a 7-day, hassle-free returns policy, allowing you to return items for a full refund issued as store credit within 7 days, provided they are in their original packaging and bands have not been removed. If you wish to exchange your extensions, there is a 14-day exchange period.
Refunds and exchanges must be sent to us via Australia Post with tracking, and be received before the refund or exchange period. All customers must provide us with the tracking information.
Refunds will incur a 5% re-stocking fee.
Exchanges will incur a re-delivery fee.
Out of Stock Policy
In cases of high demand, an item may become unavailable after your purchase. If this occurs, your order may be delayed by 1–4 weeks. Should this happen, we will notify you within 24–48 hours and provide the following options:
- Place your order on hold until the item is restocked.
- Receive a full refund.
- Select an alternative item or color of equal value that is currently in stock, which we will ship promptly.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure a smooth resolution for any out-of-stock issues.
